This client requested a front yard "makeover" essentially to address a failing brick retaining wall, provide more parking space and get an access ramp constructed to the backyard. Cockburn Stoneworks demolished the existing walls, removed stumps, old paving & three dis-used septic tanks before commencing stonework. New stormwater piping and a 1200 x 1200 mm soakwell with traffic lid was also installed. Work included all new paving, natural limestone retaining wall and garden bed and Granite rubble walls.
